A little more than an hour away from Bogota, is the Chingaza National Park. From the moment you enter, you will appreciate the majesty and beauty of the landscape of moorland and the Andean jungle. Valleys, mountains, lakes, waterfalls and some species of wildlife such as deer are the special attraction.

Likewise, the park has three spectacular viewpoints: The first is close to The Arboleda- "The Grove" which allows a magnificent view of the entire mountain area; the second, known as "La Ye", offers an unbeatable view of Lake Chingaza in its entirety, and the third, called "El Mirador of the Condores", is very near to where these birds were released in the restocking program of its kind, and from which you can see these birds clearly at all times.
