The Rafael Pombo’s NGO is a place for the imagination. It is located in the house where this famous Colombian writer was born; he is well known for his books for children. This ngo, with diverse activities, promotes the love for reading among children.

Music, theater, painting, reading and corporal expression is the way children find a new world that will introduce them into an amusement and creative world. In the Pombo House there are a wide variety of activities such as workshops for school groups and adults, guided tours with characters from his books, plays and reading rooms.

The house has a special room for children, where books are reachable, with multicolor work tables and cushions where they can lay down, look and read the books.

The library organizes and implements various activities to promote reading, such as story telling hours, poetry and creative writing workshop, meetings with writers, fun activities and reading sessions.
